All Roads Leads to Oscar Taveras

Today the Cardinals made a move that would possibly bring Oscar Taveras up to the big leagues when the Cardinals go on the road for interleague games. The Cardinals sold Joey Butler's contract to the Japanese Professional Baseball team the Orix Buffaloes. With Butler gone we now have 39 players on our 40 man roster. In the meantime on the farm Oscar Taveras is tearing it up. Taveras has 10 hits out of 15 at bats in three games. His hitting line at this time is .322/.368/.520. He also has 6 HRs and 35RBIs. The Cardinals would probably use Taveras as a DH or a everyday outfielder for there interleague games with Royals, Bluejays and Rays from June 4-11. This would be a bat the Cardinals could really use since our power numbers are down. I just  hope Taveras stays with the club. We sure do need him.
