Basic Training Course at The Pointe

It’s time to get whipped into shape!
Class feature 25-40 minutes of calisthenics followed by a class run/jog. Each
session of Basic Training consist of four classes per week for 6 weeks. The
class is intense but can be geared to persons of all fitness levels. The end of
each session is marked with a celebration in which t-shirts are given to those
