Convince at Corner of No Outlet and Memory Lane

Out for a Sunday afternoon drive a few months ago, my husband and I saw a "I feel a smile coming on" moment when we beheld the very much outdoor sitting arrangement. We were driving along old Manchester Road near Hwy 109 when to our amusement there it was just sitting there as pretty as you please a 'rest area' with an open space atmosphere. Located at the corners of No Outlet and Memory Lane. I thought the location itself was quite entertaining.

Along side the 'convience' was a well used automobile tire, can't figure out the connection between the two, have any idea's, please share!
