Day-After Christmas Shopping is Big

While Black Friday and Cyber Monday may get the hype, everyone knows the deals come after Christmas.

Throw in exchanges and cashing in gift cards, and you’ve got mall and department store parking lots as busy as in the holiday build-up.

“The day after Christmas is crazy,” Steve Zacher, a retailer at West County Center, said. “It’s bigger than Black Friday,” He works the isles of Abercrombie & Fitch, trying to keep clothes in order as the hoards look for their size.
