Ellisville Elks Provide BBQ to the St. James Veterans Retirement Home

During our St. James Veterans BBQ Visit on May 30th, a special Gift (Marines Flight Jacket) was presented to Veteran Joe Cawley from the Ellisville Elks Trustee, Mike St Onge. Our Lodge cooked and served BBQ’d brats, pork steaks, and hot dogs to Seventy Veterans, plus we handed out “goodie bags” to all the Veterans, with socks, t-shirts, books and magazines. All of this was made possible with the help of our Gratitude Grant, and Donations from our Membership.
