Start Walking with St. Mark Presbyterian

Want to start walking and stay motivated?Β  On Sat. Feb. 11, a 9-week walking program will be explained.Β  This program begins by only walking 10 minutes a day 3 or 4 times a week.Β  This will prepare you for GO! St. Louis 5K event in Forest Park April 14.Β  Come wearing your walking shoes.
