We are very excited to share our plans for the 3nd Annual Taste of Hanna Celebration. On Sept. 27th from 6:00-8:00pm we would like to celebrate what makes Hanna Woods so unique and special…our diversity.
We plan to have our school divided into three very distinct sections on this evening. We will have dance performances in the cafeteria where our school community will be able to enjoy music and experience dances from around the world. We will also have a café set up in the gym where we can sample food from across the globe. In addition to those areas, we will have a market place where participants can try on clothing, play games, create jewelry, get a henna tattoo and much more. The South High Steppers, the Five Finger Discount Improv group, martial arts demonstrations, contra dancing, and West African dancer Alicia Ghabo, will all perform.
