Old Trails Historical Society presents "Vintage Apron Extravaganza" Program and Luncheon on Saturday, May 5, at historic Salem United Methodist Church, 14825 Manchester Road, Ballwin. Luncheon begins at 11:00 am. $15 per person (reservations required). Every apron is a "work of art" that tells a story. Please join us to learn the history of apron usage, styles, etc. An historical collection will be presented, including Victorian aprons, WWI and WWII aprons, and many, many others from the 1800's through the 1960's. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own favorite apron to share. Proceeds support the preservation and restoration of historic Bacon Log Cabin.
