Ellisville, MO (July 25, 2013) – Fazio’s Frets & Friends – A leading St. Louis area music store since  1978 – is honored as one of the “Top 100 Music Stores for 2013” in the world by the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM).

The 2013 NAMM Top 100 Awards were voted on by a panel of musicians and the NAMM executive board.  The award showcases the top music stores based on excellence in several categories including store aesthetics, lessons programs, product offering as well as service and knowledgeable staff.

Fazio’s Frets & Friends is one of only two Missouri music stores to make the list. With over 9,000 music stores in the United States, being selected as a Top 100 store is a huge achievement.

Fazio’s is stocked with top-of-the-line instruments and accessories, and recently added band and orchestra instruments to round out its retail and rental offerings. Fazio’s features a 9,500 square-foot showroom, including a state-of-the-art performance area for concerts, recitals, clinics and camps.

Fazio’s Rock Academy, the lessons program at Fazio’s Frets & Friends, caters to nearly 400 students. The 15 private lesson rooms are sound-resistant and offer 1-on-1 learning with highly-trained music instructors and educators.
