“We are very pleased and honored to have this incredible group of leaders from the City of St. Louis as part of the Reliance Bank team,” Brouster said. “The City Region Advisory Board will greatly assist us in generating new lending and deposit opportunities in the City.”
The Bank plans to establish several local advisory boards throughout the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. The purpose of these boards is to assist Reliance in building a strong brand awareness and increased market share in all of the markets that the Bank serves.
The inaugural meeting of the City Region Advisory Board was held immediately following the groundbreaking ceremony for Reliance’s first full service retail branch located in the City of St. Louis. This branch will be located in a fully renovated building at the corner of Tower Grove and Manchester in The Grove historic district.
In February Reliance Bank opened a loan production office located within the Justine PETERSEN building on N. Grand Boulevard. Justine PETERSEN is a nonprofit organization that is committed to assisting low-wealth individuals and small businesses in St. Louis to develop, maintain, and increase financial assets. Reliance hopes they can help create opportunities for people and their families that otherwise might not have been possible through this partnership with Justine PETERSEN.
