RubinBrown Names Ballwin Resident Partner

RubinBrown recently named local Ballwin resident Tracy Senf, CPA, to partner. John Herber, CPA, managing partner, made the announcement.

With more than 12 years of experience, Tracy Senf serves as a partner in both RubinBrown’s Assurance Services and Real Estate Services Groups where she provides real estate audit, consulting and tax services. Her practice is concentrated on federal and state tax incentive programs, including low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation, real estate investment funds, new markets tax credit and renewable energy programs. She holds both a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from Maryville University.Β  Senf is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group, and Illinois Housing Council.Β  She is the Treasurer for Basket of Hope of St. Louis.Β  She also is an instructor for in-house team member training.
