1 Mile Walk Supporting Education
S2Tech sponsors a 1-mile walk on Saturday, June 13. Proceeds from the walk benefit the Fortune Fund, an educational non-profit. Learn more:
S2Tech is sponsoring a one-mile walk benefiting education via the Fortune Fund on Saturday, June 13.
About the Fortune Fund
The Fortune Fund is a non-profit organization that supports underprivileged students in rural India on their pursuit of education. Without the support of the Fortune Fund these students would be at risk to be pulled from school at a young age in order to work in the fields or another low-wage job, or simply because they could not afford to stay in school. The Fortune Fund sponsors these students both financially, by providing books, supplies and other needed items, and emotionally through a mentorship program. With the assistance from the Fortune Fund these students have the opportunity to pursue the careers of their dreams! Many are on track to obtain an education in medicine or engineering. The Fortune Fund currently sponsors 116 students, adding more each year.

Walk Event Details
The Walk for Wisdom is a global event. Registrants can participate regardless of location. Each S2Tech location will be hosting a site for the event including our office in Hyderabad, India!

The S2Tech Corporate office is located in Chesterfield, MO and will be hosting the event on Saturday, June 13 in Chesterfield’s Central Park (Veterans Pl. Dr., Chesterfield 63005). Participants will gather at the park at 10:00 AM and begin the 1-mile walk at 10:30. Following the walk all participants are invited to enjoy a potluck picnic.
