The high school football season will begin in just a short while with the first set of games scheduled for Aug. 30 for Parkway West and Marquette, and Aug. 31 for Parkway Central. Â
Parkway Central ended the season last year 11-2 after falling in the state semi-final to a dominant Kirkwood team, who will they face again Oct. 18. They meet with inter-district rival Parkway North Oct. 11.Â
