Alan Zvibleman Elected President
Of the Missouri Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers

The Center for Family Law is pleased to announce that Alan N. Zvibleman was recently elected to be the president of the Missouri Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) for a two year term.
Zvibleman, in practice for 36 years and a Fellow of the AAML for 9 years, is one of only 36 Missouri attorneys to be a Fellow. He previously served as the organization’s vice president. Founded in 1962, the AAML promotes the highest degree of professionalism and excellence in the practice of family law. The AAML Foundation is a charitable 501(c)3 that aims to protect children and families by annually awarding grants to charities throughout the nation that provide services related to supporting families. Earlier this year, a $5,000 grant was presented to Kids in the Middle by Zvibleman, representing the AAML. www.AAML.org.
Zvibleman was named the Best Lawyers® 2016 Family Law “Lawyer of the Year” for St Louis. Only a single lawyer in each practice area in each community is honored as a “lawyer of the year.” Recognized by Best Lawyers® in Family Law for four consecutive years, Zvibleman is a founding member of The Center for Family Law.

Zvibleman has received numerous other recognitions and awards, and is a founding member of the Collaborative Family Law Association (CFLA) in St. Louis; vice-chair for the Family Section of the Missouri Bar; and the sole private family law practitioner appointed to the St. Louis County Domestic and Family Violence Council since 2007. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Kids in the Middle.
A resident of Chesterfield, MO, Zvibleman earned his B.A. from Tulane University (Phi Beta Kappa) in Political Science and Government and his J.D. from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law.
