• Teen on sidewalk struck by car in two-vehicle crash settles with insurers (molawyersmedia.com) — A local teen who was hit by a car while standing on a Chesterfield sidewalk in front of Total Access Urgent Care on Olive Boulevard has received a $114,000 insurance settlement. The crash happened when a left-turning Mazda, waved through by another driver, collided with an Audi that then struck the teen and another child, leading to emergency treatment and missed school time.
