Coldwell Banker Gundaker Recognizes Colleen Lawler as Top Producer

Coldwell Banker Gundaker is pleased to announce the company’s top performers for 2012. The top achievers
were ranked based on sales and listing volume, plus achievements as new real estate agents in the business.

Colleen Lawler, Realtor with the Irvine Team with the Chesterfield West office of Coldwell Banker Gundaker, has been named as the company’s top sales associate for 2012 based on earned income. Lawler closed more than $57 million in sales and completed 187 transactions.  She has been one of the company’s top agents for 25 years.  Lawler is a veteran of residential real
estate sales with a combined career volume of more than $919 million. She started her career with Coldwell Banker Gundaker in 1988 and is a member of Coldwell Banker’s President’s Premier Club. In addition to her local success, she is also ranked ninthin the country for units sold out of 42,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates in the United States.
