Denver Area Office of St. Louis-Based Brinkmann Constructors Moves to Expanded Offices in Aurora, Colo.

The Denver area office of St. Louis-based Brinkmann Constructors has moved to larger offices at 3855 Lewiston Street, Suite 100, in Aurora, Colo. All phone numbers and email addresses are unchanged.

“This transition reflects the continuing maturation of Brinkmann Constructors’ operations in the Denver area and our ongoing commitment to exceeding client expectations,” said Dustin Graul, project director. “In doubling the size of our space, the new office positions us to continue adding the best and brightest talent and accommodate the growth we foresee.”

Brinkmann Constructors has completed more than $300 million in Denver area construction since establishing a presence in Colorado in 2004. Graul is forecasting a 20 percent increase in revenues fueled by the division’s growing presence in senior living and multifamily construction.

Founded in 1984 in St. Louis, Mo. with headquarters in Chesterfield, Brinkmann Constructors is a nationwide design-build general contractor active in several sectors, including senior living, multifamily, education, industrial and warehouse, healthcare, office and retail construction.
