Rafco Properties Reports Strong First Quarter, Expects 2013 Growth To Continue

Rafco Properties, which manages commercial office, retail and residential space reached a significant milestone in the first quarter of 2013, by acquiring additional contracts in 2013, now surpassing more than 2.3 million square feet of real estate under management.  Currently Rafco operates in 14 St. Louis area communities, including Clayton, where it manages the LEED Gold – certified Centene Plaza, among other high profile properties.

The company has carved out a unique position in the St. Louis marketplace, catering to upscale properties, where clients demand a very distinct and personalized suite of services, maintenance and security.   To better reflect this “boutique” positioning, the company has made an investment in a state-of–the–art interactive website and re-branded the company.

Rafco Properties, which is also the parent company for Rafco Clean™ and Rafco Realty™, launched its new website www.rafcoprop.com  in March. The site enables clients to view their accounts, make online payments, complete applications, access real-time financials, and a host of other services.

“Our company is committed to sustainability in everything we do,” says Tobias Rafael, owner of Rafco.   “Minimizing paperwork and extra steps for clients are important to us.”   The new site and logo was designed by Stephens Creative. The website was developed by goBRANDgo!

The company also launched a new website for its newest subsidiary, Rafco Clean, which provides eco-friendly cleaning services to Rafco tenants and other commercial properties.  Although Rafco Clean was launched in 2011, the subsidiary already cleans more than 1,000,000 feet of office space.
