
Henry Rzonca, CPA, has joined RubinBrown as a partner in the firm’s Federal Tax Services Group. John Herber, CPA, managing partner, made the announcement.
Rzonca, who also serves as partner in the Manufacturing and Distribution Services Group, specializes in
“C” corporation taxation as well as privately held business and individual tax planning and compliance. Rzonca is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Rzonca has more than 28 years of tax experience and previously worked for KPMG and, later, served as the tax director for both Watlow Electric Manufacturing Co. and, most recently, Edward Jones. He has an accounting degree from Southeast Missouri State University.
