Chesterfield, Mo., March 7, 2013 - Treats Unleashed is the recipient of the 2013 Retailer Excellence Award for Merchandising. The award recognizes the independent pet store retailer that demonstrates outstanding creative techniques to promote sales and services.
The award presented by Pet Business Magazine was announced during the Global Pet Expo's Pet Industry Breakfast at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla., on Thursday, February 21, 2013. The Merchandising Excellence Award recognizes an independent pet store retailer that demonstrates outstanding creative techniques to promote sales and services. It is one of only 10 Pet Business Magazine national awards presented annually.
Teresa Miller, owner and founder of Treats Unleashed and a Chesterfield resident, accepted the award on behalf of Treats Unleashed.
