Chesterfield 8-Year-Old Lands Role in 'Annie'
The musical takes the stage at the Touhill Performing Arts Theater this weekend.

Eight-year-old Chesterfield actress Kaylee Ryan has landed a part in Variety Children's Theater's upcoming production of the musical "Annie."
Ryan will be playing Molly, one of the orphans housed with Annie, and can be seen rehearsing one of the show's more famous musical numbers in the clip above.Â
The show is scheduled to run this weekend at the Blance M. Touhill Performing Arts Theater at UMSL. Showtimes are 10 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Friday, 1:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday and 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
