David J. Gregory Selected for Membership in National Trial Lawyers' Top 40 Under 40

St. Louis, Missouri…David J. Gregory, founding partner of Drivers Defense Counsel, L.C., has been selected for the Missouri chapter for the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40, a professional organization comprised of top trial lawyers from each state in the nation who are younger than the age of 40.

Membership into the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40 is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to trial lawyers practicing civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense law. Invitees must exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young lawyer under the age of 40. Selection is based on a multi-phase process which includes peer nominations combined with third-party research.

Criteria for the evaluation process include:

· Reputation among peers, the judiciary, and the public

· The previous year’s achievements, settlements, and verdicts as a trial lawyer

· Board Certification as a trial lawyer or trial attorney

· Nominations from leading trial lawyers, current members, or National Trial Lawyers’ executive committee members

· Leadership and membership within other national and state trial lawyer organizations

· Rankings and ratings of the attorney by established organizations.
