FREE Swiss ball classes are now being offered at the Montgomery Health Center located on the campus of Logan College of Chiropractic.
The classes focus on reinforcing proper body alignment, increasing lower back and core strength, enhancing overall flexibility, improving stability and balance. Swiss balls are available for those who do not own or bring theirs.
Open to the public.
