With the summer months and children not in school, there is a greater increase for food. For the second year, Lord of Life is sponsoring "Mountain of Food 4000". During the month of July, Lord of Life will be a collection station for canned and non-perishable goods to be donate to Circle of Concern food pantry in Valley Park. Our goal is the collection of 4000 items for Circle of Concern. On July 12-13 from 9 am - 3 pm there will be a collection barrel outside Dierbergs at the corner of Clarkson and Baxter Rd. Please plan to shop on those days and pick up a few extra cans of food for Circle of Concern or stop by the church office to drop off your donation.
