Hilliker Corporation To Help Sell Car Concept Development

Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, was recently selected to assist a Chesterfield, Mo. area development in the sale of luxury car suites.

The Place in Chesterfield, which is located at 600 Spirit Valley East Dr., is St. Louis’ first facility to provide private storage condominium suites for active use. The $7 million development features customized garage units to house everything from cars and motorcycles to RVs and boats. The suites offer a variety of amenities including security and luxury while focusing on a country club feel.

The first phase, which will be completed by spring of 2016, includes 35 units ranging in size from 1,000-square-feet to more than 4,100-square feet. Prices range from $180,000 to $581,000. Twelve units have been sold to date. A second phase consisting of 72 units will begin once two-thirds of the first phase are sold.The Place recently held a ground breaking ceremony for the development’s first phase.
