Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, handled a lease transaction for a repeat customer whose company just keeps growing.

B & G Industries, a material handling solution provider, recently moved into its new location at 717 Crown Industrial Ct. in Chesterfield, Mo. The new space totals 5,250 square feet, with 1,500 square feet dedicated to office space and 3,750 square feet for warehouse storage. The company’s previous warehouse was located at 744 Spirit of St. Louis Blvd. in Chesterfield and was a total of 600 square feet.

Founded in 2009, B & G Industries is a family-owned and operated distributor of product solutions that includes plastic and wood pallets, bulk and storage containers, racking and shelving, and packaging and warehouse supplies.

Hilliker Corporation broker Will Aschinger represented the tenant, B & G Industries, and Scott Properties represented the landlord, Scott Family Properties. This is the second real estate transaction that Aschinger has handled for the client.
