Legal Services Of Eastern Missouri Has a Promotion
Amanda Schneider Promoted to Program Director Of The Medical-Legal Partnership

Legal Services of Eastern Missouri has promoted Amanda Schneider to Project Director of the Medical-Legal Partnership. She previously served as a staff attorney in LSEM’s Children’s Legal Alliance (CLA).
Schneider joined LSEM in 2006 as the first attorney under the CLA William B. Guerri Chair, sponsored by Thompson Coburn. The Chair was named after the law firm’s former longtime managing partner. In that position, Schneider provided advocacy for economically disadvantaged children and youth with unmet educational and mental health needs.
In her new role, Schneider will oversee LSEM’s Medical-Legal Partnership, a program that connects LSEM attorneys with local healthcare providers Affinia Healthcare, Family Care Healthcare and Integrated Health Network to provide civil legal assistance to address legal problems that often affect the health of low-income adults, children and families in the St. Louis area.
