Lung Cancer Connection’s 6th Annual 5K

Time: Registration starts-7:30 am; Walk/Run-9:00am
Place: Chesterfield Amphitheater
Cost: $30; $10 for kids under 10
There will be a cancer survivor ceremony, guest speakers, awards, team pictures, free memory boards and an option to buy tribute signs.
Entertainment includes: dance jam, live music by Steve Ewing from the Urge, KLOU, food tents, raffle prizes, games, clowns, face painting, kids tent and more!

Funds: 100% of all money raised assists people in St. Louis affected by lung cancer. All funds support lung cancer research, assistance resources, and education projects for patients, medical professionals, and the public. Lung Cancer Connection is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit charitable organization.
