MEAAA 1st Annual "Big Wheels for Meals"

Mid-East Area Agency to Recognize Community Leaders at Family Event

The Mid-East Area Agency on Aging (MEAAA) will host its 1st Annual “Big Wheels for Meals” Recognition and Family Event on Saturday, October 24, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Creve Coeur Park - Corporate Pavilion, 13236 Streetcar Dr. in Maryland Heights, 63043 (located in the upper level of Creve Coeur Park off Dorsett Rd.). The event benefits MEAAA’s “Meals on Wheels” program which provides daily meals and social interaction with more than 2,500 home-bound seniors in St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson and Franklin counties.

It will be a day of family fun with kid-friendly activities, entertainment, and refreshments. In addition, there will be a number of senior service informational booths. The day will culminate in a recognition ceremony acknowledging community leaders and individuals for their exceptional contributions to MEAAA’s “Meals on Wheels” program.
