Mid-East Area Agency on Aging To Hold Elections

The Mid-East Area Agency on Aging (MEAAA) will hold the election for the six, three-year terms on the board of directors and six advisory council three-year terms on August 31, 2015 at all of the agency’s active senior centers.

Those interested in these positions should call Jan Bommarito of the MEAAA staff at 636.207.0847 or toll-free at 1-800-AGE-6060 to get an application and more information. Applications for the election should be received at the MEAAA office at 14535 Manchester Road, Manchester, MO 63011 by Monday, August 24, 2015. They may be mailed, e-mailed, faxed or submitted in person.

In addition to operating the 22 senior centers in its four-county service area of St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin and Jefferson Counties, MEAAA provides information and assistance for services available for seniors in the mid-east Missouri area.
