Petro Mart Owner Spends $6.2 Million on Chesterfield Office Space
Western Oil recently finalized the purchase of a 60,000-square-foot building located at 100 Chesterfield Business Parkway.

St. Louis-based Western Oil, known for their Petro Mart gas stations, has spent $6.2 million to purchase a 60,000-square-foot office building in Chesterfield Valley.Â
Real estate information company CoStar Group reported the sale and said Western Oil bought the property from Jefferson Bank and Trust Co. The three-story office building was built in 2006 and is located at 100 Chesterfield Business Parkway. It's currently home to several business, including Chesterfield Valley Dermatology.Â
According to CoStar, the office building was originally listed for $8.3 million but the sale price may have been affected by the fact that the property was in foreclosure. Â
