Police Blotter: Shoplifting and Forged Checks

Nov. 9
Commercial burglary – An unknown subject broke a window on a business in the 600 block of Cepi Drive in an attempt to gain entry.

Shoplifting – A 41-year-old male concealed food items and took them from a store in the 100 block of Hilltown Village Center without paying.
Larceny, person – An unknown subject took an iPhone after it was left unattended on a table in the Chesterfield Mall.

Nov. 8
Liquor violation – A 23-year-old male had open containers of alcohol in his vehicle after being stopped for a traffic violation near the intersection of Chesterfield Airport Road and Goddard Avenue.
Shoplifting - An unknown subject took alcohol from a store in the Four Seasons Shopping Center without paying.
Shoplifting – A 47-year-old female concealed clothing from a store in the 40 block of Four Seasons Shopping Center and left without paying.
Shoplifting – A 25-year-old male concealed watches from a store in the Chesterfield Mall and left without paying.

Assault – On Nov. 4, a 26-year-old male struck his girlfriend and held her in a head lock following an argument about breaking up. The incident occurred in the 1800 block of Westmeade Drive.
Larceny, auto – On Nov. 5, an unknown subject took a victim’s license plate tabs off of his vehicle in the 100 Four Seasons Shopping Center.
Check forgery – On Sept. 28, an unknown subject took two checks from a victim in the 1100 block of Vespasian Way and forged her name in order to cash them. Â
Larceny, auto – Sometime between Aug. 10 and Oct. 29, an unknown subject took license plates off of a vehicle in the 400 block of Whitestone Farm Drive.
Shoplifting – An unknown subject took a cell phone from a store in the 17000 block of Chesterfield Airport Road.
Peace Disturbance – On Nov. 3, a 47-year-old female’s dog in the 13000 block of Cantina Drive continued to bark while she was away.
Larceny, person – On Nov. 5, An unknown subject took cash from a victim’s purse in the 300 block of S. Woods Mill Road.
Credit card fraud – On. Oct. 29, an unknown subject used a victim’s credit card information to make online purchases. The incident occurred in the 14000 block of Forestvale Drive. Â
