Ruth's Chris Steak House Announces New Manager

Jeffrey A. Daniels has been named General Manager for Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Clayton. He has responsibility for all day-to-day operations at the restaurant, one of two Ruth’s Chris franchise locations in the St. Louis area. Those responsibilities include managing the service staff, schedule writing, product orders and staff training. He will also manage Ruth’s Chris in-house wine program.

Daniels joins Ruth’s Chris after serving for the past 10-plus years as general manager at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Clayton. Previously, he had management and ownership experience with several other St. Louis restaurants, including Culpepper’s Restaurant, The Summit Restaurant and Bar, and Dierdorf and Hart’s Steakhouse. He also spent two years as a marketing consultant with KMOX Radio and six years as president and CEO of CitiTronix, which was a distributor of electronic parts and accessories.
