Ruth's Chris Steak House Hosts "Over the Edge" Wine-Tasting

Ruth’s Chris Steak House-Downtown (at Hyatt Regency Hotel, 315 Chestnut St., 1st floor) is hosting an “Over the Edge” wine-tasting reception on Friday, October 2. The reception benefits the Special Olympics which is presenting its 2nd Annual “Over the Edge” rappelling competion at the hotel on Saturday, October 3.

The October 2nd reception will take place from 6-9 p.m. Tickets are $50 and 40% of the proceeds will be donated to Special Olympics. In addition, there will be a silent auction and more than 30 wines will be featured by Glazers including Grgich Hills, Silver Oak, Jordan, Duckhorn, Far Niente, Heitz and Artemis along with sumptuous, signature Ruth’s Chris hors d’oeuvres including Kobe beef sliders, chicken scrab cakes, shrimp voodoo, assorted cheese and fruit, bruschetta and assorted mini desserts.
