Tahoe Joe's Famous Steakhouse To Move Into the Valley, from CA

It's a scoop, it's official.
Chesterfield Patch food writer Christopher Reilly has learned that Tahoe Joe's Famous Steakhouse will definitely open its first location outside California right here in Chesterfield. Feast magazine previously reported that the company was eyeing St. Louis and Chesterfield.
Company president Greg Graber confirmed the mid-range-priced steakhouse will open in the Valley at 17258 Chesterfield Airport Road in the space formerly occupied by Hometown Buffet (between and .)

Tahoe Joe's is where everything is house-made and meats are cooked over almond wood fires.
Graber said the goal is to open by the first two weeks of November, but no matter what, “we'll be open by Thanksgiving,” Graber said.
