Three Cedar Lake Cellars' Employees Earn Certification
St. Louis winery employees become certified pre-sommeliers

Cedar Lake Cellars’ Assistant Winery Manager Morissa Haney, Wine Tasting Room Lead Brittany Leonard, and Wine Tender Sharee Leonard recently became certified pre-sommeliers from the Mid-American School of Wine in St. Louis.
The process focuses on a variety of topics including table side service and etiquette, wine regions and their soils, the different flavors of grapes depending on the region, and how wine is actually produced.
“This certification enables our employees to better communicate and educate our team regarding the more than 40 wines we feature at our winery,” said Cedar Lake Cellars’ owner Carl Bolm. “I am very proud of our team for their hard work and persistence in achieving this very noteworthy accomplishment.”
