Walls Going Up for Taubman Prestige Outlets Chesterfield

The outlet mall is one of two slated to open in Chesterfield next fall.

The walls are up at one of two Chesterfield outlet malls planned to open next fall, with a portion of the exterior shell of Taubman Prestige Outlets now visible.

The outlet mall is and appears to be on track for the projected date. A press release from the company said foundation work has been completed for the entire structure located near the Boone's Crossing exit off of Highway 40. The erection of walls, electrical work and drainage channel installation are ongoing.

The development is a partnership between Taubman Centers and OutletPartners LLC and is being built on a nearly 50-acre, open-air site and is projected to include more than 100 stores. Some of the tenants announced by Taubman include Banana Republic Factory Store, Gap Outlet and J. Crew Factory.
