Kicking off May 19, a specially designed
allergy-free menu will be offered at Modesto Tapas Bar & Restaurant, with a
portion of menu sales benefiting the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America,
St. Louis Chapter (AAFA). The promotion,
which will conclude on May 24, will help to increase awareness of food
allergies and provide alternative options to individuals and families living
with this serious medical condition. Executive Chef Carlos Hernandez created
the menu to include a variety of peanut, gluten and dairy-free options, while
still highlighting traditional Spanish flavors.
