• Former 7UP headquarters in Clayton to become apartment building (kmov.com) — A long-vacant former 7UP headquarters at 121 S. Meramec in downtown Clayton is being transformed into 118 amenity-rich apartments called The Upton, with groundbreaking set for October 6. Developers and city leaders say the $55 million project will preserve the building's midcentury character while adding modern living spaces, extensive resident amenities, and new energy to Clayton's core.
