• Woman accused of depositing fraudulent checks via banking app (fox2now.com) — A case filed in St. Louis County Circuit Court in Clayton accuses a 58‑year‑old woman of depositing altered checks via a mobile banking app and withdrawing thousands before they were flagged. Investigators say five checks tied to title companies were submitted in December 2025, and the woman allegedly admitted depositing them; she's due back in court November 2.
