CHINESE NEW YEAR CELEBRATION WILL FEATURE LION DANCE, TRADITIONAL TREATS, & STORYTIME

Welcome the Year of the Snake with joyous celebration!  The Richmond Heights Memorial Library, 8001 Dale Ave., will host the 8th annual Chinese New Year Celebration at 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 11th, 2013.  Bring the whole family!  Admission is free. Call the Richmond Heights Memorial Library, 314-645-6202, for more information.

Thrill to the Dancing Lions and Thumping Drums of the Shaolin Lohan Pai Lion Dance Troupe.  Enjoy egg rolls from our new sponsor, Yen Ching Restaurant.  Indulge in traditional CNY treats – moon cakes, oranges, unusual candies.  Festivities will start with a pre-school story time.  We hosted 200 attendees last year, and we are expecting another big, happy crowd.
