The Clayton community benefits from recommendations provided by the various citizen advisory committees and input from the dedicated individuals who serve on them. One of these committees is the Plan Commission/Architectural Review Board (ARB). The Plan Commission/ARB advises the Board of Aldermen on preserving and protecting Clayton’s existing residential and business communities, directing development, redevelopment and growth of the city, and maintaining high standards of architecture, design quality and materials.
