Isaiah 58 Ministries 3rd Annual Silent Auction & Wine Tasting

Isaiah 58 Ministries held its Third Annual Silent Auction and Wine Tasting at The Chapel in Clayton on June 9, 2012 from 7-9 p.m. Board members and volunteers provided a spread of appetizers and a selection of wines. Mini cupcakes were donated by Sweet Art Cafe & Bakery. Music was provided by Wack-A-Doo, a high-powered mix of toe-tapping Vintage Swing, Folksy Americana and Speakeasy Syncopation. Guests bid on a variety of auction items, including a one-of-a-kind piece by Cbabi, makeovers from Salon Edge, St. Louis Symphony tickets, a night at Hotel Ignacio, jewelry, art, dinner at Sage, a "Dining Around the World" package from South Grand restaurants, and much more. Isaiah 58 Ministries raised $2,000 for its food pantry. The food pantry is located at the Isaiah 58 Ministries headquarters in the basement of Compton Heights Christian Church. It is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for low income persons who do not have food or the means to purchase food.
