
Sasa Jaramaz has been named Director of Food and Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis.
Jaramaz, who has 13 years of experience
in the food & beverage industry, will be responsible for the Clayton luxury hotel’s food and beverage operation, which includes The Grill, The Restaurant, The Cigar Club, The Lobby Lounge, Banquets, and in-room dining. Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis, he was the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, where he served a total of six years and introduced Salt, the hotel’s AAA Five Diamond restaurant.
