St. Louis Rams Engage Cavallo Bus Lines As Team’s Charter Operator for 2012 NFL Season

ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Rams have selected Cavallo Bus Lines, Inc. to be the team’s charter bus operator for the 2012 National Football League (NFL) season. Cavallo operates a fleet of 94 buses from its base in Gillespie, Ill. and branch terminals in Indianapolis, Ind. and Springfield, Mo. “We are honored to have the Rams engage us and look forward to earning their repeat business,” said Larry Cavallo, president.

The agreement with the Rams makes the NFL the fourth professional sports league served by Cavallo. The charter and tour bus operator already serves the National Hockey League (NHL) (eight NHL teams when they visit the St. Louis Blues), the Indiana Fever of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) and National Basketball Association’s (NBA) Indianapolis Pacers plus every NBA team that visits Indy.

Cavallo also transports sports teams from approximately 35 universities in Illinois, Indiana and Missouri. The company’s longest-tenured collegiate client is Blackburn College in Carlinville, Ill. Cavallo has continuously conveyed Blackburn athletic teams since 1945.
