The Latino Leadership Institute is a skills-based leadership training program that consists of nine training sessions conducted each month. The training sessions focus on a particular skill for the developing leader. The Institute educates and trains participants about for-profit and non-profit management skills, and network development within the St. Louis business community.
In addition to leadership training, participants are encouraged to give back to the St. Louis region through community involvement. The goal for the class participants is to develop leadership skills where they can lead an organization, lead one self and lead others in the organization.
The HCC STL Foundation is proud to have a great title sponsor in Centene Corporation and session sponsors Saint Louis University, Washington University, Monsanto and Eagle Bank and Trust that have assisted in making this program a success.
The HCC STL Foundation was created in 2009 to accomplish charitable purposes, focusing on the Hispanic community of the metro St. Louis area. The Foundation's three primary areas of focus are on advancing opportunities to promote education, training and to provide scholarships. For more information, visit www.hccstl.com.
