Pinnacle Contracting is pleased to announce that Tim McLaughlin has joined their team as project manager. McLaughlin will be responsible for overseeing projects from contract to completion, including estimating, coordination of the work of superintendents and subcontractors, managing materials and budgets, and communicating with clients.
The first project McLaughlin will oversee is the Colonnade Senior Living Facility in O’Fallon, IL. The $10 million project includes the renovation of an existing building and construction of an additional building.
McLaughlin was most recently a senior project engineer with Paric Corp. He graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a major in civil engineering and a minor in management of technology. He has been a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, has served on the leadership team for Lucas Park renovation downtown, and has been a career coach for the AGC Charter School.
