Attorney Chris Stuffle Joins Drivers Defense Counsel Law Firm

May 22, 2015, St. Louis, Missouri…Attorney Chris Stuffle has joined the law firm Drivers Defense Counsel, which focuses on personal injury litigation, motor vehicle accidents, DWI allegations, and criminal defense involving financial fraud or appropriation.

Mr. Stuffle is a former police officer and insurance industry professional who earned a Juris Doctor (JD) from Saint Louis University School of Law with a concentration in civil litigation.

At Drivers Defense Counsel Mr. Stuffle focuses his practice on client advocacy combining his years of professional experience in law enforcement and the insurance industry with his legal skills.

Mr. Stuffle is a member of the Missouri Bar, the American Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the American Inns of Court. In addition, he is a member of the American Bar Association Committee on Tort Trial and Insurance Coverage Litigation.

An Illinois native who grew up in St. Louis, Mr. Stuffle earned a B.A. degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice magna cum laude as well as an Associates’ degree in Law Enforcement from the University of Arkansas-Little Rock before earning his law degree at Saint Louis University School of Law.

He served in law enforcement for seven years and investigated thousands of accidents and incidents as a patrolman, detective, SWAT team member, field supervisor, field training officer and statistician. His experience includes participating in numerous arrests, blood alcohol content and field sobriety tests and DWI trials. He also participated in hundreds of investigations and trials for criminal offenses.

His insurance industry experience includes working for carriers, third party administrators, and managing general agencies as well as an independent insurance defense investigation firm. His claims experience incorporates commercial and personal auto, general liability, public entities, commercial and personal property, inland marine, and workers compensation.

Mr. Stuffle and his wife, Michelle, are proud parents of five children. When not working on behalf of legal clients, he enjoys baseball and golf.
