Black Twig Communications Adds Bryar Keyes, Natalie Calandro
New account executives bring public relations expertise to agency
Black Twig Marketing + Communications, a full-service public relations and marketing agency, has added Bryar Keyes and Natalie Calandro as account executives. Both Keyes and Calandro will handle day-to-day public relations, social media, marketing and communications duties and strategies for a variety of clients.
“Bryar and Natalie have been welcomed additions to the company,” said Stephanie Widaman, managing partner at Black Twig. “They each bring a strong set of writing and public relation skills that make our team and company even stronger. They have quickly become huge assets for us.”
Previously working at St. Louis-based agency The Vandiver Group and Missouri State University’s Office of University Communications, Keyes brings a range of experience in public relations, marketing and communications, specializing in media relations, social media strategy and event planning. Keyes is highly involved in the Public Relations Society of America, serving on the St. Louis Chapter board of directors where he oversees programming. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Missouri State University in Springfield, Mo.

Prior to joining Black Twig, Calandro worked at public relations agency Weber Shandwick and at corporate firms Husch Blackwell and Moneta in St. Louis. Natalie has a variety of experience working with Fortune 500, business-to-business, business-to-consumer, engineering and nonprofit clients. She serves as a board member for two nonprofits, as well as volunteering and co-chairing charity events. Calandro holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric, Media and Social Change from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
