Isn't there a home for stray dogs???

Stray dogs Richmond Heights German Shepherds and Pitbulls Humane Society

Isn't there a home for stray dogs? Well I thought so too. I've been living in Richmond Heights for about 19 years and although I am not amazed by the amount of people that are dogs owners, I am amazed at how many people let there dogs run wild all through the neighborhood. But wait, what's even more SHOCKING is that RIchmond Heights, the county, allows this. I mean let's be clear Richmond Heights doesn't really have any run-down areas and if they do, they're are slim to NONE so why is it that people let these scraggly BIG dogs run crazy like they live in some type of ghetto or something or better yet, like the don't have fencing around their homes? I mean REALLY who wants to walk outside their home and see a German Shepherd laying in the drive way or who wants to be walking to the store only to turn the corner and be greeted by a Pitbull? NOT me or my other fellow Richmond Heights neighbors. Something has to happen soon and I mean REAL soon because I REFUSE to be cooped up in the house because someone ELSE's dog wants to lay in my drive way...TUH no no, ESPECIALLY when there's a Humane Society right up the street.
